A clearer project table

Scan projects with stage badges, guest avatars, payment badges and compact workflow statuses.

Improved

The project table now separates project names and references, highlights stages, shows guest avatar groups and places payment badges beneath partner and client totals. Amounts in different currencies remain separate.

Click a row, project name or open arrow to enter the project; Ctrl/Cmd-click and middle-click retain native browser navigation. The stage icon on the left becomes an expansion chevron on hover or keyboard focus. Use it to show individual services with their dates, guests, amounts, payments and workflow statuses.

Project workflow indicators match the card view. Inside projects, service-table statuses use compact icons and segmented progress for tracks configured as steps.

New services open directly in the manual-entry form. The unavailable inventory choice has been removed.

Trip dates are stacked. Services use icons and a compact count; hover over services or guests to see the list. Guest groups show up to two avatars and a +N remainder, with a neutral icon when no guests are assigned.

Expanded services align with the same visible columns as the project: dates, guests, partner and client amounts, revenue and workflow indicators. Payment badges use the same colors as the project; users with payment permissions can change an individual service payment status.

Switching between project tabs keeps the current page position, including when the next tab has little content or is still loading.

Table/card mode and the last column order and visibility are saved automatically in your personal settings. They are restored when you return from a project or reopen the page. Saving or updating a named view remains a separate action for its selection conditions.

Default project view sets Cards or Table for employees who have not saved a personal display mode. Organizations without an explicit setting use Cards. An employee’s saved choice takes priority and is not overwritten when you change the organization default.

When commission tracking is enabled, the project table includes a Commission column beside revenue. It shows commission amounts separately by currency and the project’s commission stage. Expanded service rows show their own amounts and stages in the same column. A dash means there is no commission amount; commission stages are distinct from client and partner payment statuses. Hide or restore the column under Display → Display properties; your choice is saved automatically.

Every saved project receives a reference immediately. If a client is known at creation, the existing two-letter client prefix is used; clientless inquiries use the neutral CL prefix. The reference retains the UTC creation month and stays unchanged when a client is assigned or the first service is added. An unnamed project is shown by its reference, without an Untitled project label. A missing client is shown as No client.

Deleting a project also deletes its linked working, submitting, submitted and archived drafts in the same operation. Drafts of other projects are unaffected. Deletion does not detach or reopen a draft for another purchase.

The service layout inside projects also saves automatically. A new browser tab restores personal appearance settings; older filter links no longer override them.

Changing column order or visibility no longer prompts you to save a View. Views save selection conditions, sorting, search and grouping; switching Views keeps your personal columns.
